Luke Mangan, one of Australia’s leading chefs has returned to his hometown to open a modern gastropub at the old Palace Hotel site on City Road, South Melbourne. The interior, overseen by leading designer, Neil Bradford, features contemporary furnishings along side the refurbished historical finishes of this old worker’s pub.
